Our challenge
A sauce manufacturer from the United States hopes to use innovative new packaging technology to expand its customer base and increase market competitiveness through product differentiation. Lots of sauces (like tomato sauce, liquid cheese,chocolate sauce, jam) are usually packaged in cans, which is expensive and inconvenient and has little effect on preserving the product or reducing waste.
With this new idea of the special shape bag (Liquid sauce piping bag), the manufacturer needed to find a machine that could produce its new liquid cheese packaging economically and greatly reduce costs.
Our solution
Because the manufacturer's packaging method is brand new, customization is the key point. At the same time, we also need to consider the high viscosity of some liquids and the preservation of food.
The answer was a fully automatic VFFS machine, which includes a removal-air device feeder, plus a high-performance piston liquid filling for sauce .
The unique beveled bags (piping bag) produced by this customized packaging solution help support manufacturers' level of creativity for products that are difficult to pack.
