An automatic powder packing machine is a full-automatic chemical powder packing machine, which is a kind of automatic packaging equipment for powder products developed by our company based on the market. The vertical structure, the floor area is small, the use of small and medium-sized enterprises is more convenient, and a plurality of powder packing machines can be used for high-efficiency synchronous production. The equipment is mainly suitable for powder products that are not sticky, such as disinfection powder, carbon powder, Edible powder, putty powder, dye, alkali surface, washing powder, medicine, and pesticide.
The whole operation process includes four parts:
1. When the powder is filled into the screw feeder hopper, the powder enters the screw measuring machine through the screw pipe. The number of spiral turns determines the weight of each bag.
2. The Auger weigher is for dosing the product and dropping it to the packing machine time by time. It is continuously given the finished signal to the packing machine.
3. When the packing machine gets the signal, it will feedback to the weigher and start dropping down the product, then the machine starts drawing down the film, printing the date, sealing, and cutting the package. The weight of each bag of powder is measured according to the setting.
4. When the bags are made out, they will be transferred out by the finished product conveyor.
Traditionally accuracy is achieved by restricting the hopper opening or feed path but this can result in product bridging and poor packaging rate.
We meet the challenge by using a servo-driven screw that draws the product out of the hopper at high speed. Scale feedback allows us to refine our system accuracy, track packaging weight and deliver market-leading performance. The machine is specially designed and manufactured for powder, ultra-fine powder, and other materials, and can automatically complete the work of metering, filling, and filling nitrogen. It can be matched with all kinds of bag-making packers for filling powder material. It is suitable for packaging those powder and granular materials with poor mobility or poor mobility, such as milk powder, feed, rice flour, sugar, MSG, glucose, rice noodles, food additives, nutritious food, dyestuffs, flavors, and fragrances.
This machine will use packing material: OPP/CPP、OPP/CE、MST/PE, PET/PE. Packing material should be used by the roll, the external diameter will be less or equal to 320mm，frame inner diameter is Φ75mm. Mix packing material thickness is 0.05-0.08mm, which requires the plain surface with edge10mm and it cannot have the figure and the written characters.
