So how is such a small can of yogurt packaged?
· Preparation and sterilization:
Before filling, yogurt needs to be fermented, sterilized and cooled. After the milk is sterilized, lactic acid bacteria are added for fermentation, and then cooled to the appropriate temperature.
· Preparation of packaging containers:
The containers (such as plastic cups, bottles or bags) in which yogurt is packaged are usually cleaned, sterilized or exposed to ultraviolet light before filling to ensure hygiene. Automated equipment can usually clean and sterilize multiple containers at the same time.
· Choose a suitable cup filling machine:
1 Yogurt is transported from the storage tank to the filling machine through a pipe. The filling machine is usually equipped with multiple filling heads, which can fill yogurt into multiple containers at the same time. When filling, ensure that the amount of yogurt in each container is consistent to avoid too much or too little.
2 The machine can automatically complete the processes of cup placement, metering, filing, film placement,sealing, spoon placement, capping, and finished product output;
3 The whole machine adopts a turntable design, which occupies a small area and is easy to clean andmaintain
4 it is equipped with multiple sets of detection sensors to achieve no flling without cups and no sealing withoutfilms;
· Sealing and capping:
After the yogurt is filled, the container will automatically enter the sealing device. The sealing method varies according to the type of packaging. Common ones include aluminum foil sealing, easy-tear film sealing (such as yogurt cups), spoon placement, and capping.
· Labeling and date marking:
After the packaging is completed, the container will pass through the labeling machine(consult us) and automatically affix the brand label and product information. There is usually also a date printer to print the production date, shelf life, etc.
